Jogging Buddies - Walk or Jog groups

the complete novice to exercise, to the experienced runner.
If you haven't run or jogged before, you are probably looking
for a way to get started. Jogging Buddies provides you with
qualified jog leaders to guide & support you to attain
your goal, and a safe and friendly environment. Our beginners
programmes will introduce you to jogging gradually, over a
few weeks until you are jogging continuously for 2 miles.
If you are a more experienced runner, you will find motivation
in running with a group. Your jog leader will help you to
define your goals & devise a training programme. You will
meet new people & make new friends.

Walking
A fun and social activity
for walkers of all ages and fitness. suitable for someone
exercising for the first time and also for the more advanced
exerciser. Novices and advanced can exercise together.
Walks are conducted
in a group by a qualified leader who instructs the group in
an outdoor exercise class. The sessions are fun as the exercises
are varied and easy, and also stimulating and motivating.
A 4 week Beginners
Course costs £16 on Saturdays at 10am in Barshaw Park,
from 21 June and on Monday evenings at 6.30pm from 23 June.
